General Guidelines
To ensure seamless delivery:

Please provide a valid and reachable mobile number while placing your order.

This applies to both Cash on Delivery (COD) and Prepaid orders.

Incorrect or unreachable contact details may result in delivery delays.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
For COD orders:

The delivery partner may attempt to contact you during delivery.

If you are unreachable at the time of delivery, the courier may attempt re-delivery as per their policy.

In some cases, the parcel may be redirected to the nearest courier facility.

If the shipment remains unclaimed, it may be returned to origin (RTO).
Too GooD is not responsible for delays caused due to unreachable contact details or missed delivery attempts.
Prepaid Orders
For prepaid shipments:

An OTP (One-Time Password) may be required at the time of delivery for security verification.

The OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number.

Delivery cannot be completed without OTP verification.

If delivery fails due to OTP non-availability, the parcel may be returned to origin (RTO) as per courier policy.
To Avoid Delivery Issues
To ensure smooth delivery:

Double-check your shipping address before confirming the order.

Provide an active and reachable mobile number.

Keep your phone accessible during the estimated delivery window.

Coordinate promptly with the courier partner in case of missed attempts.
Delivery Timeline
Orders are generally delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Delivery timelines may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen logistical circumstances.
