Exchange & Return Policy

At Too GooD, we strive to provide a smooth and transparent shopping experience. This policy outlines the terms for exchanges, returns, and refunds in accordance with applicable Indian consumer protection laws.

1. Eligibility for Exchange / Return

You may request an exchange or return if:

  • The product was delivered damaged

  • You received a wrong product

  • The product has a manufacturing defect

Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Due to hygiene and safety standards applicable to fragrance and personal care products, we do not accept returns for:

  • Used products

  • Opened or tampered packaging

  • Change of mind

2. How to Request an Exchange or Return

To initiate a request:

  1. Email us at support@toogoodperfumes.com

  2. Provide your order number and issue details

  3. Share clear images of the product

  4. For damaged or missing items, an unboxing video is mandatory

Our team will review your request within 48 business hours.

3. Return Process

If your request is approved:

  • We will arrange a reverse pickup (where serviceable), OR

  • You may be asked to ship the product to our registered return address

The product must be:

  • Unused

  • In original packaging

  • With all tags and invoices intact

Return shipping instructions will be shared via email.

4. Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), bank details may be requested

If a replacement is requested and approved, it will be dispatched after verification.

5. Non-Returnable Situations

Too GooD reserves the right to reject returns if:

  • The product shows signs of usage

  • The request is made after 7 days of delivery

  • Required proof (images/unboxing video for damage claims) is not provided

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
